• Access model: Access duration may vary by product (one-time purchase, time-limited access, or subscription) and will be presented at checkout or within the purchase flow.
• Device limits: We may enforce reasonable limits to prevent fraud, credential sharing, or abuse.
• No resale: You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the Services or course materials.

4.1 Refund window (standard)

• Digital courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Usage threshold: Refunds may be denied if more than 25% of the purchased course content has been consumed (e.g., lesson completion tracking, downloads where applicable), as this indicates substantial use.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals. Charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

4.2 How to request a refund

• Submit your request via the Contact section using the same email used for purchase.
• Include: order email, purchase date, product name, and a brief reason (helps us improve; not always required).
• We may ask for additional details to verify ownership and prevent fraud.

4.3 Processing times

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
• If a partial refund applies (e.g., bundle with partially consumed content), we will communicate the calculation before processing.

4.4 Chargebacks

• Contact us first: Before initiating a chargeback, please reach out so we can help resolve billing issues quickly.
• Abuse prevention: Filing a chargeback after substantial use or without contacting support may result in account access restrictions, reversal of access, and/or inability to repurchase.
• Good-faith disputes: If you believe a charge is unauthorized, notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with investigation.

5.1 Prohibited behavior

• Sharing, selling, or posting login credentials or paid materials (including screenshots, downloads, or recordings) without written permission.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or security measures.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or discriminatory conduct in any community spaces connected to the Services.
• Uploading or distributing malware, phishing links, or content that compromises user safety.
• Automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized crawling of the Services.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of QuestVRA or third parties.

5.2 Enforcement

• We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, account restriction, suspension, or termination.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

• License: You receive a limited license to access content for personal use only, subject to these Terms.
• No copying: You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or exploit materials without express written permission.
• Feedback: If you provide suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve the Services.

• Preference cookies: We store your theme choice locally to keep your experience consistent.
• Consent: If you opt out of non-essential cookies, some personalization features may be limited.
• Do Not Track: Browser DNT signals are not consistently interpreted across the web; we honor consent choices expressed via this site’s controls when applicable.

• No guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from using the Services.
• Availability: We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or incidents may temporarily affect access.
• Third-party services: If the Services reference third-party tools, those are governed by their own terms and policies.

• Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Basis of bargain: These limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between you and us.

• Effect: Upon termination, your right to access paid content may be revoked, subject to applicable law and any specific refund obligations.
• Survival: Sections relating to IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
